Procedure to Apply Nepal Rastra Bank Job Online
Step 1 – At first you can visit the official career portal of Nepal Rastra Bank at – NRB Official Career Portal.
Step 2 – At the top right corner of the page, there you can see the Login and Registration option. If you have not registered yet, you need to click on that “Registration”
Step 3– For the first-time registration, you need to set up your email id and password.
For the email id, you can use your regular email id.
For the password, your password should be at least six characters with one capital letter and one numeric number.
Step 4 – As soon as you register, you will receive a Login ID.

Note: You must use the same Login ID and password even if you are going to apply for multiple positions.
Step 5 – As soon as get your Login ID, you will be redirected to the vacancy page of Nepal Rastra Bank. There you can see all the current vacancies.
At the right side of the advertisement, you can see the “Apply” tab.
Click on that “Apply” tab if you would like to apply for that position.
Step 6 – Now, you will be redirected to the new page where you have to fill the actual application form online.
There are two parts of the application form, i) General Part and ii) Documents Part.
You must fill your information details in general part whereas, in the document section, you are required to upload the documents.
Note: You are required to fill your First and Last Name in Bishal Font (Devanagari i.e in Nepali) and rest of form you can fill up in English.

Step 7 – After the completion of both sections, hit the “Submit” button.
You can find the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
Step 8 – Now, you will receive an Application Confirmation Slip where your examination fee will be mentioned.
Keep your application confirmation slip securely, you might need it later.
Step 9 – You need to pay your examination fee using your application number through eSewa, Fone Pay or RBB Mobile Banking.
Or, you can pay the examination fee at any of the Nepal Rastra Bank Branch at the NRB Account number – 1200000-030-012-524 with your application number.
Step 10 – It will take a few days to verify your application since Nepal Rastra Bank need to verify the examination fee you paid and attached documents.
You will receive a notice of your application acceptance or rejection through SMS.
If your application is rejected, you can correct your application through the same online portal up to the deadline of application.
But you cannot correct your application after you submit unless it has been rejected.
Require Documents for Online Application
- Digital photo – you need to upload it.
- Signature in the white paper – you need to upload it.
- Citizenship copy – you need to upload this too.
- Academic documents, i.e. your Character Certificate, Marksheets, Transcripts. If you are applying for Charter Accountant, you must also submit a certificate obtained from ICAN – you should upload all academic documents.
Note: For any documents, you are required to upload, each document’s size should not exceed 1 MB.
